Cancellation Policy

Balaena is available for single party bookings only, therefore if your reservation is cancelled within the 30, 14 or 7 days and another reservation is not found to replace yours these penalties will apply:

• 30 days 25% forfeit of total stay
• 14 days 50%
• 7 days 100%

All efforts will be made to endeavour to replace your booking. We recommend travel insurance.
